I Sub: Closure of Trading Window under SEBI Regulations on "Insider Trading"
This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Second Quarter Financial Results by the Company for the year ending 31 st December, 2021 , to the Stock Exchanges.
