Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure – Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Temporary Suspension of operations in the light of spread of novel corona virus - COVID-19

In light of the ongoing corona virus situation and directives received from the Central & State Governments and local bodies, the Company has temporarily suspended its operations at various locations till 31[st] March, 2020.

The Company is monitoring the situation closely arising out of the COVID-19 and will take a call on resumption of operations based on further directives from the Government.

Further, the Company has constituted the Business Resilience Teams (‘BRT’) to respond to the spread of COVID-19. In terms of the directions issued by various State Governments and local bodies, the Company has also given 'Work From Home' to its employees until 31[st] March, 2020. In keeping with our overarching value of Health & Safety, the Company strictly follows the health guidelines issued by Government and is acting responsibly to help prevent the Coronavirus from spreading further.
