This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1[st] January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending December 31, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges.
It means that the Designated Persons of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
