We hereby give notice that as approved by the Board at its meeting held on 201 h February, 2020, the Company has fixed Tuesday, the 71 hApril , 2020 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of final dividend to the shareholders for the Corporate Financial Year ended 31 st December, 2019 ..
The final dividend will be paid on and from 161 hApril 2020 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on 7th April 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 91 h April 2020.
