Sub : Closure of Trading Window under SEBI Regulations on "Insider Trading"
This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Quarterly Financial Results by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
It means that the designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period. Intimation regarding opening of the Trading Window will be given to you separately later.
