Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we hereby notify the Stock Exchanges about the changes in the Company's Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), as noted / approved during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. November 21, 2025 as per following details:

1. Mr. Rakesh Tiwary, Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) will relinquish his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in view of transition to a new role as more particularly explained in Annexure A attached herewith, which shall be effective from closure of the business hours on November 21, 2025. Please find a copy of his letter to the Board relinquishing his position, attached herewith as Annexure B .

2. Mr. Rohit Soni who served as Chief Financial Officer of Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel) effective from November 22, 2025.

The disclosures on the aforesaid matters pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A .

Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the revised list of the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) who are severally authorized to determine materiality of an event or information and making disclosures to the stock exchange(s) is as under:
