Ref: Regulation 30 read with clause 7 and 7C of Para A of Part A to Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations).

- Appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jha, Chief Projects Officer of the Company, w.e.f. 31[st] July 2024.

He started his career with Tata Steel and his previous assignment before Adani Group was with Utkal Alumina International Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group) as MD & CEO. He was the Vice Chairman of CII Odisha for the year 2013-14. He was also awarded Udyog Ratan Award in the Year 2009 instituted by Institute of Economic Studies,Chaired byHonorable Prime Minister |
