Ambertech Withdraws Full Year FY20 Guidance
Ambertech Limited (ASX:AMO) today announces that due to deteriorating macroeconomic conditions and market uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, the Board has decided to withdraw its full year FY20 guidance in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
Ambertech’s performance for the second half to date has been consistent with delivering on growth expectations following the successful integration of the acquisition of the Hills AV Division completed on 18 December 2019. The Board is now unable to stand by this guidance without greater clarity on the duration and scale of the COVID-19 outbreak and the potential impact to ongoing projects and our sales pipeline.
The Board is confident that any short-term market disruption does not affect any underlying long-term demand for Ambertech’s products. Ambertech will seek to reinstate its guidance once market conditions stabilize.
Authorised for release to the ASX on behalf of the Board of Ambertech.
Robert Glasson Company Secretary Ambertech Limited
