ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CFO
The Board of Ambertech Limited wishes to advise that for personal reasons, long term Company Secretary and CFO Mr Robert Glasson is leaving the company.
Mr Glasson has been with Ambertech since June 2002 and has been the Company Secretary and CFO of Ambertech since its listing on the ASX in December 2004.
Managing Director Mr Peter Amos and the Board of Ambertech wish to thank Robert for his contribution over the years and for his financial stewardship of the business through recent difficult times.
The recruitment process is now underway and the Board will advise further when a suitable replacement has been appointed. Mr Glasson will work with the Board to provide a smooth transition to his replacement. It is expected that he will leave in early 2015.
