Regarding the shares of AB Amber Grid owned by the state

Issuer - AB Amber Grid, legal entity code 303090867, registered address:
Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter - AB Amber Grid),
hereby informs that it became known to AB Amber Grid that on 12 February 2014
the Government of the Republic of Lithuania adopted a resolution according to
which it was decided that 31,575,724 (thirty one million five hundred and
seventy five thousand seven hundred and twenty four) non-material ordinary
registered shares of AB Amber Grid owned by the State, 1 (one) litas par value
each, granting 17,7 percent of votes in the general shareholders' meeting of
AB Amber Grid, are being transferred to the private limited liability company
EPSO-G, legal entity code 302826889, registered address: Juozapavičiaus g. 13,
LT-09311 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter - UAB EPSO-G) as the additional
contribution to the share capital of UAB EPSO-G for the purpose of the increase
of the share capital of UAB EPSO-G.

According to information possessed by AB Amber Grid the resolution of the
Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 12 February 2014 has not yet come
into force at the moment of disclosure of this notice.
