Amber Grid - Notification on material event

Regarding the publication of AB Amber Grid interim information and Investor's Calendar for 2016

Acting in accordance with the requirement set forth in the amended part 1 of Article 24 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Securities, we hereby inform the public that AB Amber Grid will prepare and release its interim information. In 2016 AB Amber Grid’s financial results will be released according to the following calendar: -- Week 8 of 2016 (22-26 February 2016) – interim information for the twelve months of 2015; -- Week 13 of 2016 (28 March – 1 April 2016) – audited annual report and audited annual financial statements for year 2015; -- Week 17 of 2016 (25-29 April 2016) – Annual General Meeting of Shareholders; -- Week 21 of 2016 (23-27 May 2016) – interim information for the three months of 2016; -- Week 34 of 2016 (22-26 August 2016) – interim information for the six months of 2016; -- Week 47 of 2016 (21-25 November 2016) – interim information for the nine months of 2016.
