Re: Implementation of the Transmission System Operator's certification condition

On 3 October 2016, the transfer by AB Klaipėdos Nafta of all shares held in UAB
LITGAS in favour of UAB Lietuvos Energija completed the implementation of the
National Commission for Energy Control and Prices Resolution No O3-242 as of 10
April 2015 whereby AB Amber Grid had been designated a Transmission System
Operator with the provision that the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of
Lithuania would take the necessary steps for the transfer of the shares of UAB
LITGAS held by AB Klaipėdos Nafta in favour of an economic entity neither
directly nor indirectly controlled by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of
Lithuania.
