Amber Grid - Notification on material event

New Prices for Natural Gas Transmission Services Are Set

On 25 November 2015, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter referred to as "Commission") approved AB Amber Grid natural gas transmission services tariffs that will come into effect from 1 January 2016, which were set by the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid on 19 November 2015 (Minutes No. 13). New prices for natural gas transmission services are posted on AB Amber Grid website www.ambergrid.lt. In December 2015, acting in pursuance of the amendments to the Republic of Lithuania Law on Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal, regarding the establishment of capacity allocation model, the gas transmission prices for 2016 will be adjusted.
