Notice on disposal of a block of shares of the Issuer

Issuer - AB Amber Grid, legal entity code: 303090867, registered address:
Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (the Issuer), hereby informs that
on 26 February 2014 it received from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of
Lithuania (the Ministry) the notice on disposal of voting rights. The Ministry
informed that on 21 February 2014 it has transferred 31,575,724 (thirty one
million five hundred seventy five thousand seven hundred twenty four) ordinary
registered non-certificated shares of the Issuer, granting 17.7% of votes in
the general shareholders meeting of the Issuer, to UAB EPSO-G (legal entity
code: 302826889, registered address: Juozapavičiaus g. 13, LT-09311 Vilnius,
Lithuania).
