Notice of information on the material event related to the negotiations over the acquisition of shares owned by E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH

Issuer AB Amber Grid, legal entity code 303090867, registered address:
Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter - AB Amber Grid), on
the basis of the comments of the Government publicized in the mass media,
hereby informs that currently negotiations are being held with E.ON Ruhrgas
International GmbH, registration: District Court Essen, HRB 21974, registered
office Brüsseler Platz 1 D-45131 Essen, Germany, the shareholder of AB Amber
Grid, regarding the acquisitions of shares in AB Amber Grid owned by E.ON
Ruhrgas International GmbH.

AB Amber Grid will announce more detailed information about the negotiations
according to the established procedure.
