Amber Grid - Notification on material event

Regarding conclusion of long-term loan agreement

On 19 August 2015, AB Amber Grid and Nordic Investment Bank concluded an agreement on up to EUR 32 million loan. The loan will be used for financing construction of the project CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT OF KLAIPĖDA-KIEMĖNAI PIPELINE (CONSTRUCTION OF KLAIPĖDA-KURŠĖNAI PIPELINE). The loan is provided for 15 years period with floating interest rate related to 6 month EURIBOR.
