Regarding Chairman of the Board elections

The decision of the meeting of the Board of AB Amber Grid (legal entity code
303090867, address Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter
‘the Company’ or ‘Amber Grid’) held on 24 May 2016:

• To elect Board member Nemunas Biknius as the Chairman of AB Amber Grid’s
  Board for a four-year period (for a term of the office of the Board).
