Amber Grid - Notification on material event
Notification on resignation of the members of the Management Board of the Issuer
Issuer - AB Amber Grid (hereinafter - the Issuer) hereby informs that on 21 May 2014 it received the resignation letters from the member of the Issuer`s Management Board Mario Nullmeier and the member and the chairman of the Issuer`s Management Board Dr. Bernhard Walter Rainer Link, informing about their resignation from the position as a member of the Issuer`s Management Board. The effective date of the resignations (i.e. the last day of position as a member of the Management Board) shall be the date of the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Issuer that will approve the resignation but in any case not later than 30 June 2014.
