UAB EPSO-G SUPERVISORY BOARD'S OPINIONS AND PROPOSALS TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF AB AMBER GRID

The Supervisory Board of UAB EPSO-G hereby presents to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Amber Grid the following opinions and proposals:

• 1) As to opinions and/or proposals regarding AB Amber Grid's corporate business strategy, the set of annual financial statements, draft profit (loss) appropriation and the Company's annual report, the Supervisory Board of UAB EPSO-G has none;
• 2) To recommend making further improvements in the following areas: strengthening of risk management competences, raising efficiency of organising board meetings, collegial bodies cooperation improvement, strengthening knowledge in corporate organisational development, personnel management and finance.
