Amati AIM VCT plc (the 'Company')

Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 23 November 2018 it allotted 334,712 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 145.72p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend re-investment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 29 November 2018. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The terms and conditions of the dividend re-investment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website http://amatiglobal.com/amat_literature.php.

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 85,813,219.
