PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 20 December 2018 it purchased 40,549 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 128.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 85,593,627 ordinary shares in issue.
