PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 3 August 2018 it purchased 21,836 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 165.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 80,491,833 ordinary shares in issue.
