PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 17 July 2018 it purchased 189,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 165.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 80,158,009 ordinary shares in issue.
