The Company's board of directors is pleased to announce its intention to appoint Fiona Wollocombe as a non-executive director of the Company later in the year.  Further details of Fiona's appointment will be announced then.

Fiona Wollocombe is chair designate of Kings Arms Yard VCT plc.  She has been, but is no longer, a non-executive director for a number of other companies in the VCT sector including being chair of Artemis VCT Plc and a director of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC.  Fiona is also chair of the Trustees of the Scottish Ballet Endowment Fund.  Her previous career was in equity capital markets at NatWest Markets/Deutsche Bank.
