Chairman and CEO Acquires 8.4 Million Options
Amaero International Limited (“Amaero”), (“the Company”) (ASX:3DA) a leader in powder metallurgy, advanced material science and metal additive manufacturing provides the following update:
Chairman and CEO, Hank Holland has notified the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) that he has acquired 8,373,134 quoted options (3DAO) in a negotiated Off-Market Trade.
The options purchase is not subject to the Corporations Act and the Takeover Panel regulations that prohibit Pegasus Growth Capital and Hank Holland acquiring additional shares until 31 May 2023.
Mr Holland said: “The additional investment in Amaero via out-of-the-money options further demonstrates my optimism for the Company’s future and my confidence in the transformative and deliberate strategic changes that we have undertaken over the past nine months. The titanium powder production project remains on track to be green lighted prior to 30 June.”
