Amaero International Ltd (ASX: 3DA) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Amaero International Ltd (‘3DA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of 3DA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 21 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt: Amaero International Limited (ASX:3DA)
In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Amaero International Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in connection with a capital raise, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 21 November 2023, whichever is earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
