The tax college Dr. Endriss, a subsidiary of the stock listed AMADEUS FIRE AG, will take over 80 per cent of the ‘Akademie fuer Internationale Rechnungslegung Prof. Dr. Leibfried GmbH, Stuttgart’ as of September 1, 2005. The renowned academy for international accounting is managed by Prof. Dr. Leibfried and offers exclusively international accounting seminars (IAS/IFRS and US-GAAP) to specialists and executive staff from industry, trade, banks, tax advisors and chartered accountants. With this transaction the service portfolio of the tax college is extended which currently comprises nationwide courses for controller, tax advisors, accountants and tax experts. The merger of the two companies will form one of the strongest and biggest player for training and education in international accounting in Germany. International accounting and additional training requirements will become more important. AMADEUS FIRE will participate in this development and strengthen its training and education division. For this reason the core competence of AMADEUS FIRE in finance and accounting will be increased further.
