Final figures for fiscal year 2002/2003 of Amadeus AG Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Final figures for fiscal year 2002/2003 of Amadeus AG Frankfurt/Main, 17th of June 2003. Amadeus AG Human Resource Services and Solution Provider achieves sales revenues of EUR 61,6 million in fiscal year 2002/2003, a decline of 10,7% on prior year. The gross profit amounts to EUR 23,2 million. The gross profit margin decreases from 39,6% to 27,7%. The EBITA totals EUR 4,5 million, 47% below prior year results. The net earnings after minorities amount to EUR 1,8 million (prior year: EUR 4,3 million). The earnings per share for fiscal year 2002/2003 are EUR 0,34 (prior year: EUR 0,83). In principle the management sticks to the present dividend policy to distribute half of the net earnings. Moreover for fiscal year 2002/2003 it will be proposed to pay an extra dividend of EUR 0,25. At the annual general meeting on August 6, 2003, Management and Supervisory Board will propose to distribute a dividend of overall EUR 0,42 for each of the 5.295.064 no par shares carrying dividend rights. Furthermore Management and Supervisory Board propose at the general annual meeting that the Company be authorised to acquire and sell its own shares pursuant to § 71 (1) No. 8 Companies Act (AktG).
