On March 21, 2011, Universal-Investment Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland has informed us correctively according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG,
Frankfurt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005093108, WKN: 509310, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 14, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 3.95% (this corresponds to 205282 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.93% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 204502 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company.
