On 1 January 2011 FIL Investment Management Limited crossed below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt,
Germany. On that date, FIL Investment Management Limited held 0% of the
voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG arising from 0 voting rights.
