Early extension of the Management Board contract of Dennis Gerlitzki, COO Personnel Services, by further five years

Frankfurt/Main, 26 th May 2026

The Supervisory Board of the Amadeus Fire Group (ISIN: DE0005093108, Prime Standard) has early reappointed Mr. Dennis Gerlitzki, COO Personnel Services, to the Management Board for a further five years. The Supervisory Board and Mr. Gerlitzki signed the new Management Board contract for a term from 1 st January 2027 to 31 st December 2031.

Dennis Gerlitzki began his career at the Amadeus Fire Group in November 2003 and has been a member of the Management Board since 2019.
