Notice under Section 708A

Allomak Limited (“Company”) issued: -

1. 13,000,000 “A Class” Ordinary Shares issued to more than fifteen Australian institutions and several professional investors placed by Patersons Securities Limited and Southern Cross Equities Limited as part of a capital raising on 17 October 2007 pursuant to the Company’s Share Placement, announced to the Australian Stock Exchange on 11 October 2007; and

2. 750,000 Ordinary Shares to Fosters Stockbroking Pty Ltd on 17 October 2007 pursuant to the conversion of 750,000 Series D Underwriter Options.

The securities are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Stock Exchange Limited (ASX).

The company gives this notice pursuant to section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.

The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 in reliance on Section 708A (5) of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

• a The provisions of chapter 2M of the Corporations Act and b Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

There is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708(A) (7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
