Allomak Limited ASX Announcement

COMPLETION OF SURREY PANELCARE TRANSACTION

Allomak Limited (ASX:AMA) announced yesterday it completed the acquisition of Surrey Panelcare Pty Ltd (“Surrey Panelcare”). Surrey Panelcare is a second generation smash repair business operating from Surrey Hills, Victoria.

Surrey Panelcare is a RACV Preferred Repairer, IAG Preferred Repairer, VACC (Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce) Accredited Body Repairer, member of Australian Accident Repair Network, member of Innovation Group (motorCare). In 2007, Surrey Panelcare received the RACV metropolitan “Repairer of the Year” award. Additionally, Surrey Panelcare has accreditations including ISO 9001 Quality Endorsed, Spies Hecker Diamond Lifetime Warranty shop and the VACC Quality Shop, Safe Shop and Clean Green Shop.

Principle Alan Costello is a board member of the VACC Body Repair Division and will remain as part of the management team of Surrey.
