Allomak Limited ASX Announcement

COMPLETION OF MR GLOSS TRANSACTION

Allomak Limited (ASX:AMA) today announced it completed the acquisition of Mr Gloss Holdings Pty Ltd (“Mr Gloss”) with the execution of final documentation. The transaction was first announced to the market on 12 July 2007.

Rob Allan, Chief Executive Officer of Allomak said, “With the completion of the Mr Gloss transaction, we are now in a position to enter into other transactions in the smash repair industry in support of our plans to build a national presence in this market”.

Mr Gloss has built a reputation for outstanding work within the smash repair industry over the past two decades by developing and focusing on service and quality systems. Mr Gloss is currently operating two of Victoria’s leading workshops, including a prestige vehicle workshop at Moorabbin, currently recommended for BMW, Lamborghini, and other prestige brands.
