Allomak Limited ASX Announcement

COMPLETION OF ALANCO TRANSACTION

Allomak Limited (ASX:AMA) today announced it completed the acquisition of the business of Alanco Australia Pty Ltd (“Alanco”) with the execution of final documentation. The transaction was first announced to the market on 29 October 2007.

Since 1987 Alanco has built a strong business in Western Australia as a specialist importer and distributor of Automotive Electrical, Communications, Street Navigation, GPS parts and accessories by focusing on providing quality products with superior service.
