Please find attached an amended Appendix 3X: Initial Directors Interest Notice for recently appointed Director Mr Hugh Robertson.

Although Mr Robertson was appointed to the board on 2 June 2015, Mr Robertson has now notified us that he omitted his spouses’s shareholding in AMA Group Limited on his initial declaration as he was not aware of her holding at the time of his appointment.

The Company believes that this was a isolated oversight. The Company will work with Mr Robertson in the future to ensure ongoing compliance with Listing Rules.
