AMA Group Ltd – Request for Voluntary Suspension

AMA Group Ltd (ASX: AMA) ( AMA Group ) ACN 113 883 560 requests that the ASX grant a voluntary suspension with respect to its securities with effect from the commencement of trading on Friday, 10 September 2021.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2:

1. The voluntary suspension is necessary to assist AMA Group in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as AMA Group is considering, planning, and executing a capital raising.

2. AMA Group requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of:

   • a. Such time as AMA Group makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising; or

   • b. The commencement of normal trading on Monday, 13 September 2021.

3. The event that will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 2.

4. AMA Group is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.

The voluntary suspension request has been approved by the AMA Group Board.
