AMA Group Announces Settlement of A$50 million Convertible Notes Due 2027
Further to the announcements made by AMA Group Ltd (“AMA Group”) on 10 and 13 September 2021, AMA Group is pleased to announce the successful settlement of the A$50 million senior unsecured convertible notes due March 2027 [1] (“Notes”).
The Notes are expected to be listed on the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on Wednesday 22 September 2021.
