Acquisition of Equity Interest in Automotive Solutions Group Limited (ASX Code: 4WD)

The Board of AMA Group Limited (“AMA” or the “Company”) are pleased to announce that the Company has acquired an equity interest in the ASX listed entity Automotive Solutions Group Limited (“ASG”). The Company has acquired 8,944,282 fully paid ordinary shares in ASG which represents 17.77% of the issued capital of ASG. This interest was acquired for total consideration of approximately $2.667 million; which AMA has financed by existing cash resources.
