Sale of the Perth Brake Parts business and assets
The Directors of AMA Group Limited (“AMA” ASX: AMA) are pleased to announce that AMA has entered into a binding contract to sell the business and assets of Perth Brake Parts based at 20 Bellows Street, Welshpool, WA.
The sale has been agreed on terms that will cover the book value of all Goodwill, Plant and Assets.
The completion is expected to take place on Monday 1[st] February 2016.
The sale fits with the strategic direction of AMA and places Perth Brake Parts in to an ownership structure that is far more relevant to the size and scale of the business.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Perth Brake Parts for all of the work they have put in over the past 8 years and wish them well in their future with the new owner.
