ALLOMAK LIMITED NOTICE UNDER SECTION 1012DA (5) (e) and (6)

This notice is given by Allomak Limited (Issuer) for the purposes of confirming with the Australian Stock Exchange the satisfaction by Issuer of all requirements under section 1012DA(5)(e) and (6).

The Issuer confirms that:

• the placement shares allocated to institutional investors in respect of the Company’s Placement, announced to the Australian Stock Exchange on 11 October 2007, were issued on 17 October 2007;

• shares issued under the placement were issued without a Product Disclosure Statement;

• this notice is being given under section 1012DA(5) (e) and 1012DA(6) of the Corporations Act;

• as a disclosing entity, the Issuer is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• as at the date of this notice, the Issuer has complied with: a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Issuer; and b) section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Issuer; and

• as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 1012DA(7) and 1012DA(8) of the Corporations Act.
