Allomak Limited ASX Announcement

COMPLETION OF KT CABLE TRANSACTION

Allomak Limited (ASX:AMA) today announced it completed the acquisition of the business of KT Cable Accessories Pty Ltd (“KT Cable”) with the execution of final documentation. The transaction was first announced to the market on 5 December 2007.

Queensland based KT Cable was established in 1984 and is now a leading provider of wiring and cabling accessories to the automotive aftermarket and other industries within the Asia Pacific Region. KT Cable was the winner of the Gold Coast Family Business Awards (2002), Manufacturing and Wholesale Business of the Year, BEX Awards (2003), Gold Coast Mayor’s Innovation Award for ‘Most Innovative New Product’ for LED Trailer Plugs (2007) and the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association Silver Award for Excellence in Marketing (2007).
