Allomak Limited ASX Announcement

COMPLETION OF LPGAS1 AUSTRALIA TRANSACTION

Allomak Limited (ASX:AMA) today announced it completed the acquisition of the business of LPGas1 Australia Pty Ltd (“LPGas1”) with the execution of final documentation. The transaction was first announced to the market on 25 September 2007.

Victoria based LPGas1 was established in 1985 and is now a leading provider of petrol/LP gas hybrid conversions in passenger vehicles and diesel/LP gas conversions in passenger and heavy commercial vehicles, with operations in both Melbourne and Sydney.

With the combination of Allomak’s existing operations in the LP Gas industry, the Company is now the leading LP Gas conversion operations in Australia and indeed in the Southern Hemisphere. Allomak plans to expand its conversion operations nationally and through its position of market leadership to provide greater access to hybrid conversion and other LP Gas related services to the public, business and industry.
