Change of Company Secretary
AMA Group Limited (ASX: AMA) (Company) advises that Mark Licciardo has been appointed Company Secretary, effective 30 August 2021. Mark replaces Fiona van Wyk, who has stepped down as Company Secretary.
Mark Licciardo is Managing Director of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Ltd which provides company secretarial and corporate governance consulting services to ASX listed and unlisted public and private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators.
The Board thanks Fiona for her efforts and significant contribution during her tenure and wishes her all the best for the future.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company advises that Mark Licciardo is the primary person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
