Appointment of Executive Director

The Board of AMA Group Limited (ASX: AMA) is pleased to announce that Mr Raymond SmithRoberts, Chief Operating Officer of AMA Group Limited has accepted an invitation to join the Board of AMA Group.

Mr Smith-Roberts has been instrumental in the turn-around of the Company’s business operations in recent years and brings very valuable operational experience to the Board.
