ASX RELEASE
ALLOMAK LIMITED (ASX CODE: AMA) RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Allomak Limited (Allomak or the Company) (AMA) today announced that Mr Robert Allan, the Company’s founder and managing director, has tendered his resignation as managing director. Mr Allan has also resigned as a director of the company.
The board intends to appoint a new chief executive in due course. In the meantime, Mr Tom McDonald, Allomak’s chief financial officer, will lead the executive team.
The Company continues to work with its Bank and major vendor creditors as it finalises its recapitalisation plan.
In the meantime, the Company has today issued a trading update.
