Allomak Limited ASX Announcement

CHANGES TO FINANCE TEAM AND DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Allomak Limited (ASX:AMA) today announced it has reached an agreement with Mr John Worton, who will cease his executive duties as Chief Financial Officer of Allomak, effective from the date of the Annual General Meeting, 22 November 2007. As a consequence, Mr Worton will also stand down from the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

During his career, Mr Worton has been actively involved in a number of share market floats, including that of Allomak on the ASX in August 2006, and now intends to pursue similar interests. Allomak is grateful for the service that Mr Worton has provided and the Board and executive team wish him very well in his future endeavours.

Mr Laurence Mosley, formerly a Financial Controller and Company Secretary of Jesters, with an extensive background in manufacturing and service industries in the UK automotive market, will take up the role of Group Financial Controller on 12 November 2007.

Mr Mosley will pursue operational opportunities to take Allomak to its next level of growth, focusing this financial year on a roll-out of a common finance and management information system across each of the portfolio companies within the Allomak group.

Allomak’s most recent acquisition was announced last week, when the group introduced Perth-based Alanco Pty Ltd, a leading importer and distributor of automotive products, to its stable of high performing businesses in the auto aftermarket industry.
