2021 Annual General Meeting Date

AMA Group Limited (ASX: AMA) (AMA Group) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually (online) at 2.30pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 18 November 2021.

Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to shareholders and the ASX in October 2021.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 30 September 2021.
