ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE
AMA Group Limited ( ASX: AMA ) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Thursday 19 November 2020 commencing at 2.30pm (AEDT).
The AGM will be held by virtual means with full details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to market and sent to shareholders in October 2020.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date and time for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of AMA is 2.30pm on 30 September 2020.
