The Alumasc Group plc (the "Company") notifies that on 11 June 2025 the following transaction took place with respect to Luan Leaf, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with Michael Leaf. Luan Leaf sold 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.811556 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, the resulting number of Ordinary Shares held by Michael Leaf and his PCA is 54,227 representing 0.15 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
